Like any other girl, I love to be pampered with luxurious gifts for Christmas. But, I’ve spent the past year learning how to make most of my favorite products myself without using artificial chemicals and ingredients. Besides using the products myself, I have really enjoyed making a little extra to share with others. All of these recipes are guaranteed to be unique, quality gifts that are easy (and cheap) to make in bulk and give out to family, friends, teachers, coworkers, and even the man in your life. Keep reading to get my tips and tricks for all the hard-to-give people in your life with my Natural Skin Care Gift Guide. Full recipes can be found in the links to each post.
Also, this post is part of a series I am doing with 12 other great bloggers, so there are links to a ton of other great gift guides at the end of the post! I would love it if you shared my gift guide and included #MerryBlogmas!
All Natural Moisturizing Almond Body Wash
This easy, no heat body wash is so simple to make because you just dump a few ingredients in a bottle. Perfect for the family member you can’t quite figure out. Castille Soap and cold-pressed organic carrier oils combine as an ultra-rich wash that never leaves your skin feeling tight and dry. It also doubles as the best shave gel I’ve ever used that won’t clog your blade. Best of all, you can completely customize it with the essential oils your recipient loves most.
Nourishing & Natural Bronzer Oil
Have a friend who loves the tanning booth or self-tanner? Just a few all natural ingredients put together the right way can make the perfect natural looking bronzer. Even on ultra pale skin. With customizable color and a nourishing oil base, you never have to worry about streaking or an orange cast. My favorite quality of this bronzing option? No self-tanner smell!
Immune Boosting Lotion Bars
One of the easiest gifts to make in bulk is a hard lotion bar. Lotion bars are great because they stay solid and melt just enough to give your hands a little extra moisture, without a bunch of extra residue. Add in some immune boosting essential oils, and you’ve got the ideal teacher (or workplace) gift. Wherever lots of people frequently gather, like a school, germs can overrun everything. Umm, EEEEW! Help protect your kid’s teachers from hidden pathogens with this extra immune booster. Bonus, it smells like cinnamon, cloves and orange.
All Natural Apricot Face Scrub
This all natural scrub is only two ingredients. That’s right, TWO! And the instructions include melting one ingredient and pouring in the other. That’s it. What is a more simple way to make your coworker feel like you took a lot of effort? Go ahead and stop by the coffee shop for yourself, you’ve got extra time now ;)
Woodsy DIY Beard Oil
Don’t forget the man in your life. You can treat him to an all natural gift too. This is another no-heat, dump all the ingredients in a bottle and you’re done kind of recipe. They happen to be my favorites. Winter time is when every dude is trying to grow a little extra facial hair. This beard oil is great for goatees, mustaches or full on beards. So whether your man is going for a handlebar or wanting to join Duck Dynasty, he’ll be all set.
That’s it. I hope you enjoyed my Natural Skin Care Gift Guide and feel free to ask for any more suggestions you might need. Merry Christmas!

That was his one requirement when he agreed to model it for me: “It has to smell manly…like I’m a lumberjack”. i thought “woodsy” was better than “lumberjacky”. LOL
